Caring for your flowers
so you can love them for longer

When your flowers arrive they have been conditioned overnight.
To get the best from them please:
Find a clean vase
Remove any leaves that will be under the waterline
Cut the stems at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife as this allows more cells to take up the water
Keep them away from direct sunlight such as a bright windowsill. They prefer a cool place and won’t last as long sat by a radiator
Keep away from fruit. Fruit contains ethylene, a natural chemical that ripens fruit. It can cause your flowers to decay quickly
Keep them hydrated. Flowers last longer in freshwater so changing the water every 2-3 days or when the water is low will keep them blooming
If the flowers don’t meet your expectations?
I take complaints and feedback seriously. Your flowers should arrive in the best condition and last well. If you are not happy with them please call me or complete the contact form, both of these are here.
